According to Zillow

Zillow is a great site full of information but the 3 worst things to tell someone is, “According to Zillow.” The biggest reason is that Zillow’s algorithm is wrong, it’s data is outdated and it frankly has no clue what small markets are doing. On the other hand, they’ve got a great marketing engine and understand big city real estate trends (the Macro) better than most.

The reality is that there are some great tools out there like Trulia and Zillow, but you need a local expert to decipher it. It doesn’t have to be the Jarvis Team, but you need someone who knows your local market better than a computer program owned by a company that simply wants to rank better on google than other real estate companies.

We do like Zillow for marketing reasons!

I love technology and working with it and using it to help my real estate clients get the best deal on homes for sale. After graduating from Georgia Tech, I jumped into real estate after the dot com bust. I found that working with people and using technology to help them was fun! I formed a team which includes my wife and the Jarvis Team now serves most of north metro Atlanta.
