This is the best market in 30 years! Anything you buy will do well over a 10 year span, plus you get to live in it!
Most homes, like short sales , have REAL equity in them now. If you are renting, you should be buying. If your credit is poor, work on it! You’re going to have another 12 to 18 months to buy, then the sale is off!

Look West. Last year 18 Months worth of home inventory (the time it would take to sell off all those homes under average conditions). NOW – 6 months!
