Here’s how his new program works:
- Must not have owned a home in the last 3 Years
- Must make less than $59K a year
- Must buy a foreclosure
- Must have a 620 Credit Score
- Will receive $14,000 for a down payment
- Will still qualify for the $8,000 Tax Credit
- Can still receive up to 6% Seller Contributions (Read: Closing Costs)
So how to get paid to buy a home?
Simple, find a foreclosure for $15,000 or less and buy it.
You’ll get $14,000 for a down payment, then you’ll get 10% back on a tax credit. So for a $15,000 home, you’d get paid $500 to buy a home and own it free and clear!
