Grayson homes for sale have long been known as the Gwinnett’s best kept secret. The city of Grayson is located North East of Metro Atlanta in Gwinnett County. Grayson real estate has always been popular due to the amazing school system. Grayson real estate in the 30017 zip code was booming during the “upswing” in GA Real Estate. The city government tried to slow the growth and for good reason. Now many of the residents are happy where they are and there aren’t as many blighted unfinished neighborhoods (although there are some) in Grayson.
Our take: Grayson real estate is a great investment if you want great schools and the small town feel. Most of the upper end Grayson homes for sale were built with Brick and some restricting standards which improves the overall quality of the construction. Grayson isn’t terribly convenient to anything with most commutes clocking in over 45 minutes if you are going to Atlanta, GA.
