Broward County Residents Top List of Relocating Buyers

As a Relocation expert for over 7 years I have always tracked where folks from other states move to and county growth etc. Outside local moves from say Decatur to Lawrenceville which make up the majority of the buyers in Gwinnett County, moves from Florida, New York and California have always topped the list from out of state.

Where are these buyer coming from in particular?

1. Broward County, FL – Ft. Lauderdale and others
2. Miami-Dade County, FL
3. Queens County, NY
4. Los Angeles County, CA
5. Kings County, NY
