The Time is Now
You might have seen our video on Why to buy in a depreciating market and you might be thinking to yourself, “Self, Joshua is a Real Estate Agent and wants to sell homes.” You’d be right! Now I’ve never wanted to “sell” homes and in fact, I can honestly say I don’t sell anything but our services. However, the time is perfect for a the market right now. Recently, there’s been press releases about decreased home ownership and just this past month Trulia comes out with their Rent vs Buy Diagram that tells the story… you’d be silly to be renting right now.
