Buying a home is a very stressful process, the last thing a client would want is a pushy salesperson. In addition, given the large size of the investment (quite possibly the largest investment that a person will make, the process can take some time. It’s funny that real estate agents are called salespeople, because they really can’t sell anything but themselves to a potential client. Sure, we can highlight features or point out flaws, but no “master” technique is going to allow me to get a buyer to buy a home they don’t want.
