Next week, there will be a new Middle School that will be open to accommodate 1,000 students in the Gwinnett County.
The Northbrook Middle School is being built and is on its way to being finished. It was formerly the Panasonic electronic warehouse; hence, this middle school will contain computer laboratories for each grade level. At the same time, there will be other facilities in the school such as media center filled with books and DVDs, an athletic field, and others that will help students excel in their academics as well as their extracurricular activities.
This school cost about $17,047,806 in construction and has 201,076sqft and 30 classrooms. This school is located in the Peachtree Ridge Cluster and the students from Jackson Elementary will feed into The Northbrook Middle School. Classes in Northrbook Middle School will start in August 5, Tuesday.
